About a Guy - Prologue
In a familiar suburb on the outskirts of the city, a young man slept in his bed. A wall calendar indicated that the day is Saturday, and the clock on his bedside dresser read almost half passed ten o'clock. Light came through the Venetian blinds and cast upon the young man's face, which was almost buried into his pillow. He opened his eyes slightly and turned his head to face his clock. Reluctantly, he slid out from underneath the covers of his bed and his feet touched the floor. The rest of his body, half awake, hung loosely on the bed's edge. Slowly, he got up and walked away. Yawning, he made his way out the makeshift attic room– the
